A 4-man String Scramble, to benefit Danielle Bartlett, a young lady who lives just down the road from the Country Club was held July 25, 2009. Danielle, who is one of the recipients of the funds raised, was too ill to attend but her mother Robin was there. Danielle has been stricken with brain tumors.

The turnout from our members and the community was fabulous! 26 teams competed in the event and a great time was had by all!  Trophies were awarded as well as door prizes and a 50/50 drawing was held.  A wonderful spaghetti dinner was furnished to all participants and other local supporters.   Many thanks to all the volunteers, participants, sponsors, benefactors, and staff that helped make the Tourney a huge success.
